Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of July 2013.

During the month, the department issued 17 citations involving 14 violations.

Citations issued for the month are as follows: fourth degree assault, three; possession of marijuana, two. There was one citation each for the following: disorderly conduct; DUI; no insurance; shoplifting; public intoxication; receiving stolen property; unlawful transaction with a minor; burglary-second degree; criminal mischief; runaway; contempt of court; criminal trespassing.

The police department also served 11 warrants during the month of July.
