At 5 p.m., the welcome and invocation will be by Roman Edwards and Willa Sue Cummings and at 6:30 by Kelly Gibson and Mayva Garrett.
The Pledge will be recited by William Gray and Natalya King at 5 p.m. and Hayes Groce and Adalyn Milburn at 6:30 p.m.
