Clarence Kendrick Smith, 74, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 27, 2026 at The Medical Center of Albany.
He was the son of the late Bill and Katherine Smith, and was also preceded in death by two siblings, Sarah Bernice and Willie K. Smith.
He is  survived by five siblings, Carla (Henry) Coffey, Carol Nicholas, J.D. Smith, Anita (Michael) Bryant, and Lynn Smith (Linda Collins).
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at Talbott Funeral Home, with Bro. James Allen Smith officiating.
Burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Talbott Funeral Home, of Albany, Kentucky, was in charge of arrangements.
