Joan Talbott, 94, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Pickett County Care and Rehab.
She was the daughter of the late Luther and Mabel Hay, and the widow of the late Joe Talbott. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Perry Hay and Billy Hay, and one grandchild, Nicholas Talbott.
She is survived by two sons,  Greg (Vivian) Talbott and Morris “Mo” (Rebecca) Talbott; five grandchildren, India Talbott, Blake Talbott, Amos Talbott, Whitney (Reagan) Gilley, and Spenser (Katie) Talbott; two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Talbott and Emma Talbott; three sisters-in-law,  Jean Talbott, Ava Talbott, and Anita Hay; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at Talbott Funeral Home, with Bro. David Stearns and Bro. Jack Amonett officiating.
Burial followed in Memorial Hill Cemetery.
Talbott Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky, was in charge of arrangements.
