Joe D. Felkins, 77, Huntersville Rd., Albany, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Clinton County Hospital. He was a member of Peolia United Methodist Church, Albany Masonic Lodge #206 and a veteran of the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Felkins, Albany; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Ann and Ronnie Vitatoe and Karen Lynn and Bobby Groce, all of Byrdstown, TN; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Joe and Michelle Felkins, Lebanon, TN and Gregory Lane and Rita Felkins, Glasgow, KY; a sister, Mary Elizabeth Cross, Elizabethtown, KY; two brothers, Jimmy Lane Felkins, Albany; Bobby Gayle Felkins, Princeton, KY; seven grandchildren, Shawna, Cameron, Joseph and Jacob Felkins; Gavin and Blake Vitatoe; and Chase Groce.

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Summers officiating. Final resting place in Caney Branch Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
