To the Editor,

One day I realized by mistake. I had formed a bad habit that left me exhausted mentally, physically, and emotionally. Instead of relaxing at sleep time or when I took a break during my day, I worried.

As I looked back at my past worries, I woke up to the fact that worry didn’t help me.

There were times when I worried about things happening, and they didn’t. Other times they did happen, but it wasn’t so awful. I survived much easier than my fears told me I would. In fact, I always feel closer to God when I’m in trouble.
