One of the three people indicted in connection with a home invasion that occurred on Evelyn Avenue in December 2012 has been arrested.

On Wednesday, August 21, the Monticello Police Department arrested Angela J. Bolen, also known as Angela Daffron, 35, and charged her with first degree robbery, theft, tampering with physical evidence and persistent felony offender second degree. These charges are in connection with the December 6, 2012 home invasion.

Bolen was also charged with burglary third degree, theft and persistent felony offender first degree in connection with an unrelated case.

Police were still looking for Chris Bolen, 19, and Victoria Young, 20, in connection with the December 6 home invasion. All three individuals were indicted by the Wayne County Grand Jury on Tuesday, August 20.

According to information released by the police at the time of the home invasion, the incident occurred early on the morning of December 6, when a woman awakened members of a family who resided in the home and asked for help. She was turned away, but came back later accompanied by a man and a woman.

Police said the male had a gun, and they entered the residence. Items, including electronics and cash, were taken from the home.

The Monticello Police Department arrested Julie Lyons, 31, in connection with an ongoing investigation into credit card fraud. Lyons was arrested on Wednesday, August 21 and charged with 41 criminal offenses related to the fraudulent use of a credit card.

Police said they were also seeking Pandora Decker, 43, in connection with the investigation.
