The Clinton County boys’ soccer team lost last week to Glasgow in the regional finals of the All “A” Classic, 2-1. According to Head Coach Greg Cummings, both teams remained scoreless for more than 60 minutes during the game. Clinton County scored to take the lead, 1-0. Glasgow came back and score two goals to take the lead, 2-1. The Dawgs scored again to tie the game and force overtime with the Scotties, but Glasgow scored in the overtime period to take the All “A” Regional Championship trophy.

Clinton County is now 2-4 on the year.

The Soccer Dawgs’ next home game will be Thursday, September 12 against Whitley County. Kick off is set for 5:30 p.m.
