Paula Helm, 88, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Cumberland County Hospital. She was a member of Big Sandy Holiness Church.

She is survived by two sons, Jerome and Larry Helm, both of Burkesville; three grandchildren, Chris, Anthony and Jonathan Scott; five great-grandchildren, Trey, Darius and Myleigha Scott, Courtney Thacker and Kanna Smith; special friend, Becky Alexander; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Big Sandy Holiness Church with Jose Anders officiating. Final resting place in Grundy Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements made through Ballou and Stotts Funeral Home of Burkesville, Kentucky.
