Lonnie Earl Ferrell, 56, Albany, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013 as a result of a work related accident. He was the son of the late Sam and Opel (Covey) Ferrell and was also preceded in death by four sisters, Helen Rigney, Etter Gibson, Lillie Ferrell and Judy Stinson, and a brother, Otto Ferrell.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn (Stinson) Ferrell; a son, Donnie Earl Ferrell; two sisters, Ginnie Braswell and Barbara Barnes; six brothers, Willie, Ronnie, Lester, Jerry, Wendell and Ricky Ferrell, all of Albany; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, September 23, 2013 at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Duvall and Bro. Shane Smith officiating. Final resting place in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements made through Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany. Online condolences may be made at www.campbell-new.com
