Cordell Thrasher, 87, Albany, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Standing Stone Care and Rehab in Monterey, Tennessee. He was the husband of the late Gaye Thrasher and member of Dicken Chapel Church.

He is survived by three step-children, Kathy Koger, Pall Mall, TN; Shelia Neal and Kenny Neal, Albany; four brothers, Charlie, Raymond and Bob Thrasher, all of Albany; Stanley Thrasher, IN; an aunt, Lillie Riddle, Burkesville, KY; also several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, one step-great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. David Stearns and Bro. Donald McGill officiating. Final resting place in Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
