Judy Burton, 61, Collinsville, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Mart and Robin Nell Claywell Brown and was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Brown and a sister, Minnie Ellen Kinsey.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Burton; two sons, Jason Lee Smith and Gary Kevin (Tonya Samples) Thomas, all of Collinsville, AL; a brother, Donnie Brown and a grandson, Nathaniel Samples.

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 13, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Mount Union Christian Church with Johnny Davis officiating. Final resting place in Hill Top Cemetery. Arrangements made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
