Clara Mills Burchett, 69, Howard Marcum Rd., Albany, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Clinton County Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Mary Young and was also preceded in death by two sisters, Jane Messner and Gertie Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Burchett; two daughters, Gayle Marcum and Sherl Tweedy; a son, Bud Mills, all of Albany; four sisters, Ruth Stockton, Ruby Claborn and Sue Thurman, all of Albany; JoAnn Morgan, Edmonton, KY; a brother, Andrew Young, Monticello, KY; also seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Private services were held Friday, October 11, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Brumley and Bro. Ricky Marcum officiating. Final resting place in Craig Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
