The Clinton County Grand Jury convened with a light session last Monday, October 21. One individual was charged in a two-count indictment, as follows:

* The alleged offenses of possession of a controlled substance-first degree and possession of a controlled substance not in the original container, the latter a misdemeanor, against Eric Storie, when on or about August 23, the defendant unlawfully possessed Percocet, a Class D felony.
