Gleah M. “Sis” Cope, 83, Akron, Ohio, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Curtis Neal, her husband, John L. Cope, one sister and four brothers.

She is survived by three children, Kenneth (Peggy) Cope, Akron, OH; Brenda Beck, Albany; Gearldene Barnes, Wooster, OH; a brother, Herbert (Sherry) Neal, Cleveland, OH; three sisters, Myra Cope, Byrdstown, TN; Wanda (Howard) Butler, Albany; Phyllis (Bob) Hise, Akron, OH; five grandchildren, Steve (Janet) and David (Amanda) Beck, Brandy (Aaron) Winnans, Angie (Tim) South and Dustin Shelton; also six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Newcomers Funeral Home in Akron, Ohio with final resting place in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron.
