Billy (Doug) Boils, 46, Hay Rd., Albany, passed away Friday, October 25, 2013 at Clinton County Hospital. He was the son of the late James Clifton Boils.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy Jean Boils; his mother, Geneva Conner Boils; a brother, David Boils; a sister, Debbie Boils; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, John M. and Jean Hay, all of Albany; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Ridge and Rev. David Stearns officiating. Final resting place in Five Springs Cemetery. Arrangements made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
