The family of Bailey Claywell would like to congratulate her on winning the title of Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair 2013 out of 78 girls. The pageant took place in Louisville the weekend of October 18 and 19. Bailey won the title of Miss Pre-Teen Hart County Fair earlier this summer and went on to compete at the state pageant. We are so proud of you, Bailey. Thank you to everyone who supported her and wished her luck.
