Clinton County Homemakers (Brown Baggers Club) have taken on a community project by volunteering to trim the beautiful roses that outline the town square of Albany.

Each year the roses need to be trimmed and this is just one way the Brown Baggers Club can show their spirit of community service.

Thanks to the Albany City Council and Mayor Nicky Smith for providing all the supplies needed for this project.

The members of the Brown Baggers Club are Rita Sparks, Elsie Brummett, Joan Talbott, Debbie Claywell, Debbie Craft, Debbie Brown, Becky Smith, Cora Collins, Nancy Mims, Jane Shoemaker, Sherry Garner, Carol McWhorter and Shirley Daniels.
