Billy Kaye Stonecipher, 74, Alpha, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Clinton County Hospital. He was the son of the late Dan and Ermon Cooksey Stonecipher and was also preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Means, a brother, Willie Stonecipher, and a half-brother, Lee Stonecipher.

He is survived by a daughter, Regina Conley, Richmond, IN; a son, Jeff Stonecipher, OH; three sisters, Anna Lee Albertson, Portland, OR; Ina Pruitt and Brenda Cooper, both of Monticello; three brothers, Eddie Stonecipher, London, KY; Roger Stonecipher, Richmond, IN; and Tom Stonecipher, Albany; also two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Pastor David Stearns officiating. Final resting place in Cartwright Cemetery. Arrangements made through Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany. Online condolences may be made at www.campbell-new.com.
