During fall break in October, Rosella Stearns, one of the students enrolled in the Health Sciences classes at the KY-Tech Clinton County Area Technology Center, along with her family, lost their home and possessions in a fire.

Her classmates, their instructor, Billie Frye, RN, and other school personnel donated money to help the student. The students and staff were able to raise over one hundred dollars for the student and her family.

“I am so thankful for having so many people that care about me and my family. Thanks for everyone who donated money for me and my family. Thanks for all of your help. We really appreciate all of your support as we are going through this. Just please keep us in your prayers as we go through this. Thanks to everyone for being there for me,” Rosella Stearns wrote in a thank you note to her classmates.
