Jason Cummings, 36, Albany, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his mother, Flonnie Woodrum Cummings.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Bill and Debbie Cummings, Byrdstown, TN; maternal grandmother, Ruby Woodrum, Albany; paternal grandmother, Opha Cummings, Byrdstown, TN; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Crystal and Chris Thompson, Byrdstown, TN; Jenna and Joshua Riddle, Ft. Knox, KY; a half-sister, Kelly Sweatman, Monroe, TN; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Ridge officiating. Final resting place in Aaron’s Chapel Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
