Tpr. David Long is investigating a collision that occurred Saturday, December 21, at 1:40 p.m., seven miles south of Albany on KY 968.

James Beaty, 24, was traveling west on KY 968, operating a 2001 Chevy Truck.

The vehicle dropped off the shoulder of the roadway and Beaty was unable to regain control. The truck left the roadway, struck a rock embankment and overturned.

Beaty was unbelted and was transported to Clinton County Hospital where he was treated and released. A passenger, 16-year-old William Nathaniel Lane Willis, of Albany, was belted and not injured.
