Charles A. Garner, III, 71, Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in Louisville and a Vietnam veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy Buford Gardner, Bowling Green, KY; two sons, Christopher and Michael Gardner, both of Albany; also five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, January 3, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. David Stearns and Bro. Bob Thrasher officiating. Final resting place in Memorial Hill Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
