Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of January 2014. During the month, 20 citations were issued involving 16 violations.

Citations issued for the month were: Disorderly conduct, three; menacing and alcohol intoxication, two each.

There was one citation each issued for the following: reckless driving; criminal trespass first degree; criminal mischief third degree; shoplifting; failure to register/transfer vehicle; no insurance; no registration plates; carrying a concealed deadly weapon; resisting arrest; violation of an EPO/DVO; terroristic threatening; DUI-second; failure to produce insurance card.

The police department also served nine warrants during the month of January.
