Little League baseball meeting
There will be a Little League meeting Sunday, March 2 at 2:30 p.m. at Mountain View Park. Anyone interested in helping in any way this season is urged to attend.

Baseball Boosters will meet Monday, March 3 at 6 p.m. at Clinton County High School. Anyone interested in the CCHS baseball program are encouraged to attend.
Have An Interest in Pinterest?
The Clinton County Extension Office will offer an “Interest in Pinterest” Class on Tuesday, March 4th at 5:30 p.m. The class is for those who want to get started with Pinterest including how to set up an account, pinning, and basic Pinterest functions. Bring your own laptop, iPad, Kindle, etc. for hands on learning. Space is limited so please RSVP by calling (606) 387-5404.

The Choice is Yours
Truth & Consequences: The Choice is Yours will be held for CCHS freshman on Friday, March 7th at the Clinton County Fairgrounds from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon. The event is designed to show students the impact of getting involved in both legal and illegal substances. Community volunteers are needed. Tobacco producers meeting
The Extension services in Clinton, Cumberland, and Russell counties will host a tobacco production meeting and Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) training on Tuesday, March 4th at 11:30am at the Albany First Baptist Church fellowship hall.
UK tobacco specialist Dr. Bob Pearce will be conducting the training. Lunch will be sponsored by Warner Fertilizer of Albany, please call the Clinton County Extension Service (606) 387-5404 if you plan to attend so meal preparations can be made.
Membership meeting at TLFWC
There will be a Twin Lakes Family Wellness Center membership meeting Thursday, February 27 at 6 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.

Home School Gym will be held on Mondays at 1 p.m. Cost per child is $3.
Mommy n’ Me exercise class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m.

Park Board scheduled to meet
The Clinton County Rec/Park Board’s regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 27 at 6 p.m. at Mt. View Park. The meeting is open to the public.

Wizard’s game rescheduled
The Harlem Wizards vs. Albany Shooting Stars, sponsored by Project Graduation, has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 7 p.m. at the CCHS gymnasium. Tickets may be purchased now from any high school senior.
City Council monthly meeting
Albany City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, March 4 at 5 p.m. at city hall. The meeting is open to the public.
