Kentucky Tech students fabricated a couple of tools, held by Sinclair and Marcum, and were donated to the Albany Police Department and Sheriff’s Department last week. Marcum said to purchase these items would have cost in excess of 700 dollars. The items were donated free of charge. Those not pictured, but worked on the project were; Kade Fulkerson, Jacob Hamilton, Ronnie Vinson and Kaleb Groce, all of Cumberland County.
