Mark Thrasher

Democrat Candidate for County Judge/Executive

I am a 44-year-old lifelong resident of Clinton County, married to Allison for 20 years and we have three school age daughters. I am a member of Concord United Methodist Church.

I have been in public service my entire adult life serving as an EMT and Paramedic. I worked as a part-time deputy sheriff for former sheriff Kay Riddle and a volunteer with the Albany Fire Department for over 20 years. I have enjoyed volunteering with our local high school basketball and football teams for the past 20 years as the trainer.

My dedication to public service and experience as a county employee for many years helps me to understand the need for better infrastructure to attract more industry. We must create jobs to build a positive future for your children and mine.

I believe my history as a public servant and county employee has given me the knowledge to lead our community to attract business and industry. We must work hard to make Clinton County a place that companies want to come to so we can improve the lives of all our citizens. It won’t be easy but with hard work we can move Clinton County forward and change, positively.
