Hello Folks, I am Vic Upchurch. I was born and raised in Clinton County. I have been married to Beverly Brown Upchurch for 34 years. We have two children and three grandchildren. My parents are Dr. C.R. and Betty Daily and the late Charlie Upchurch.

Growing up, I was taught to be respectful, dependable, honest and to have a good work ethic. As an adult, I have incorporated these qualities into my everyday life. I am seeking the office of Clinton County Clerk. If elected I will manage the clerk’s office in a friendly atmosphere keeping your best interest in mind.
