Mrs. Winifred F. Spear, age 88, of Scottsville, Kentucky, formerly of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the Medical Center in Scottsville, Kentucky. She was born on Thursday, December 10, 1925, the daughter of the late Lillie P. Dearing Foster and Oscar Foster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy E. Spear, her brother, Elvis Foster, her sister, Evelyn Foster and her grandson, Ethan Davis.

She is survived by her son, James Harvey Davis and his wife Sherri of Austin, Kentucky; her sister, Shirley Creasy of Panama City, Florida; her grandchildren, Justin Ryan Davis, Jacob Tyler Davis, Jamie Garmon, Megan Garmon and Amber Garmon; her great-grandchildren, Maddie, Maleigha, Liam and Presley and her loving caregiver, Angela Fields.

Funeral Services were held on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the T. W. Crow and Son Funeral Home in Scottsville, Kentucky with Bro. Gary Cash, Bro. Elvis Farley and Bro. Shane Britt officiating. Special reflections were shared by her sister, Shirley Creasy. A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the Spear Cemetery in Burkesville, Kentucky with Bro. Gary Cash officiating.
