Clinton County won both games of the double-header against Sunbright, 16-3 and 14-0. The Bat Dawgs’ game was postponed Monday, March 17, but will be back in action Friday at home against Casey County.
Senior Travis Starns got a base hit during the first game of a double-header Thursday against Sunbright, Tenn. Starns, in his first three games, is hitting .444 on four of nine with three stolen bases, scoring six runs total. The Bat Dawgs will be playing at home Friday against Casey County with a 5 p.m. starting time.
