Seems that Mother Nature just won’t loosen her grip on this winter of 2013-14, despite the fact that the spring season officially arrived last Thursday morning.

With temperatures still in the sub-freezing levels early this week, local residents were greeted with even more winter weather on Tuesday morning, when snow flurries moved through the region.

Above, Steven Craig made his way through the snowfall into the Clinton County Courthouse and his job at the Property Valuation Administrator’s office.

At left, a few flowers dot the local landscape, but on Tuesday morning, they didn’t offer many springlike thoughts.
