The Albany Little League will host its opening day on Saturday, April 16 at the Mountain View Recreational Park.

With weather permitting, parade lineup will be at nine a.m. with the parade to begin at 10 a.m. Floats will circle town and arrive back at the Clinton County Middle School. Opening day ceremonies will begin as soon as all floats have arrived.

Opening Day games will be played after the opening ceremonies.

Those games include:

Tee Ball Field – Noon – Riverdogs vs. Scrappers; 1 p.m. – Bats vs. Muckdogs; 2 p.m. – Muckdogs vs. Rockhounds.

Softball Field: Noon – Orioles vs. Bluejays; 1:30 p.m. – Rangers vs. Redsox; 3 p.m. – Cubs vs Reds.

Baseball Field: Noon – Cards vs. Dodgers; 2 p.m. – Braves vs. Cubs.
