Clinton County Fiscal Court held another short call meeting last Friday morning, March 28 with four of six members on hand.

Only two items of business, both relating to road funding, were voted on during the brief session.

The court first approved a resolution approving a memorandum of agreement relating to $335,606 in Transportation Cabinet funds for road resurfacing.

The only other action was a budget amendment to increase funds in the road department by the aforementioned amount to include state’s extra discretionary road funds.

With no other items of business on the agenda and no personnel issues to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.

The next regular meeting of Clinton Fiscal Court is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 5 p.m. at the courthouse and is open to the general public.
