Grand Jury indicts four

The Clinton County Grand Jury had another light session last Thursday, handing down four indictments naming three individuals. The following true bills were handed down in open Circuit Court on April 3.

* The alleged offenses of burglary third degree and assault fourth degree against Kyle Matthews, when on or about February 25, the defendant remained unlawfully in a residence and caused physical injury to another.

* The alleged offense of flagrant nonsupport against Randell S. Church, when on or about May 9, 2013 through April 3, 2014, defendant failed to provide support for his minor child or children, being in arrearage by $6,261.40.

* The alleged offense of flagrant nonsupport against Adam Barnes, when on or about February 13, 2013 through April 3, 2014, defendant failed to pay support for his minor child or children, having being in arrearage by $1,650.00
