Patricia Wallen, 66, a resident of Clinton Co. Care & Rehab, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Clinton County Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Charles Edd and Virginia Wade Lowe.

She is survived by a daughter, Virginia Wallen, Tacoma, WA; three sons, Anthony Ray Wallen, Moreland, IN; Nathan Paul Wallen, Haggerstown, IN; Brian Jay Wallen, New Castle, IN; two sisters, Ruth L. Lee, Albany; Genevee (Herbert) Clark, New Castle, IN; two brothers, Willie R. (Lillion) Lowe and Paul E. Lowe, all of New Castle, IN; also eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Lee and Bro. Bob Thrasher officiating. Final resting place in Peolia Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
