Reba “Ricki” Aaron Pierce, 86, Carmel, Indiana, formerly of Rockford, Illinois and a native of Albany, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014. She was the daughter of the late James A. Aaron, Sr. and Etta McClysta (Rowe) Aaron of the Aaron community in Clinton County. She was raised on a farm in Clinton County and became an Audiologist. She was also a member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary in Rockford.

She is survived by a daughter, June (Sam); three sons, Charles (Jean), Steven (Jane) and Chris (Shelley); also 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorial services were held Friday, May 9, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Lands Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Leppert Mortuary of Carmel, Indiana and local arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
