May activity

report released

Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of May 2014. During the month, 31 citations were issued involving 19 violations.

Citations issued for the month were as follows: alcohol intoxication, 5; reckless driving and no insurance, 3 each; improper start, driving on a suspended license, expired plates and improper equipment, 2 each.

There was one citation each for the following: disorderly conduct; assault-4th; failure to maintain registration; driving on DUI suspended-2nd; public intoxication; expired operators license; no insurance-2nd; DUI; speeding; shoplifting; tampering with physical evidence; leaving the scene of an accident.

The APD also served 12 warrants during the month of May.
