James E. Andes, 69, Hwy. 558, Albany, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014 at his residence. He was a Vietnam veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Williams Andes, Albany; a daughter, Tammy Marie Dusblon, FL; a step-daughter, Billie Jean (Rodney) Shelton, Albany; two sons, Michael Joseph and Gregory Peter Andes, both of FL; two sisters, Pat Brinker, West Union, OH; Georgia Ooten, London, KY; two brothers, Charles Andes, Independence, KY; Morris Andes, Cincinnati, OH; four grandchildren Sarah Marie Dusblon, Kelli Marie Andes, Michael Joseph Andes II, and Elizabeth Joyce Wolfe and two step-grandchildren, Hayden and Bailey Shelton.

Funeral services were held Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Keith McKim officiating. Final resting place in Five Springs Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
