A fatal collision occurred Tuesday night, June 24, 2014, around 10:47 p.m. on Ky. 90, about five miles north of Albany near the entrance to the Keystone Foods, LLC processing plant.

According to the accident report, the semi-truck was making a left hand turn into a business at the time of the collision.

Beaty was also wearing a seat belt and was treated and released at Clinton County Hospital.
