Myrtie May Foster, 67, Albany, passed away Monday, June 23, 2014 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Larry D. Foster and was also preceded in death by a grandson, Nick Foster, and a sister, Peggy Griffin.

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Gibson, Albany; Patty Hicks, Monticello, KY; two sons, Kim and Kenneth Foster, both of Albany; four brothers, Jim, Donald Gene, Jerry and Jeffery Guffey, all of New Castle, IN; five grandchildren, Lori Foster, Whitney Cooksey, Amber McGrather, Eric Hicks and Bo Foster; also five great-grandchildren, one step-granddaughter and one step-great-granddaughter.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Clay Chaplin and Bro. Ronnie Gray officiating. Final resting place in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
