Frankin Junior Beaty, 75, Byrdstown, Tennessee and a native of Albany, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Pickett County Care and Rehab Center in Byrdstown. He was a veteran, serving in the Army National Guard and Reserve and son of the late Lee Bascom and Alma Edith (Holsapple) Beaty. He was also preceded in death by a brother, two sisters and a half-brother.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Sells Beaty, Brydstown, TN; a daughter, Rhea Ellen (Link) Webb, Lewisburg, TN; a son, Scott (Sherri) Beaty, Byrdstown, TN; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Morgan Beaty and Lane and Cy Webb; one great-grandchild, Zaylynn Dowdy; also an aunt and a nephew.

A memorial service was held Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Chapel with Pastor Fred Allred and Bro. Larry Martin officiating. Arrangements were made through Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown, Tennessee.
