Jeff A. Sampson, 55, of Avon, died on Friday, July 11, 2014, in Indiana University Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born on April 5, 1959, in Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Mike Sampson, and sister-in-law, Elaine Sampson.

Survivors include wife, Terry (Meadors) Sampson, a daughter, Krista Lynn Sampson of Avon, his parents, James L. and Doris (Dewar) Sampson of Albany, Kentucky; brothers, Tim Sampson of Albany, Kentucky, Randy (Danita) Sampson of Brown County, Indiana, and Tony (Valerie) Sampson of Lexington, Kentucky; sister, Julie (Tony) Sell of Albany, Kentucky; seven nieces and nephews; three great nieces and nephews; many cousins.

The funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, in the Jones Crossing Banquet Center next to Jones Family Mortuary, , Camby.

Burial in West Ridge Park Cemetery, Indianapolis. Pastor Chris Page officiated the services.
