An Albany man, Nathan Henemyer, 35, of Albany, has been arrested and charged with Unlawful Transaction with a Minor in the First Degree and with the Prohibited Use of Electronic Means Originating or Received within the Commonwealth to Induce a Minor to Engage in Sexual or Other Prohibited Activities.

Henemyer was arrested on June 27, 2014 in Albany after an investigation by KSP Post 15 Detective Michael Dubree revealed that Henemyer created a Facebook account for the purpose of soliciting juvenile females as friends and then requesting sexual photographs.

The investigation was initiated by Monroe County Deputy Sheriff and School Resource Officer Dwaine Barnett.

Henemyer is lodged in the Monroe County Jail and the investigation is ongoing.
