Emily Bertram, a 2014 Clinton County High School graduate, was the recent recipient of the R. Fred Capps Memorial Scholarship, in the amount of $500. The presentation was made last week in Burkesville by Cathi Capps, shown above with Emily, in the R. Fred Capps Memorial Courtroom.

Bertram is the daughter of Jeff and Sandy Bertram of Albany.
