The Clinton County Soil Conservation District has acquired a new John Deere 1590 No-Till Drill available for rent to the landowners of Clinton County. The new drill is 10 feet in width and has the ability to seed grasses, legumes, small grains, and soybeans, with little or no ground disturbances. The Conservation District now has two John Deere 10 feet drills and two Great Plains seven feet drills.

Rental rate on the 10 feet drills is $25.00 per day plus $8.00 per acre and on the seven feet drills the rate is $25.00 per day plus $6.00 per acre. To use the drill, contact the office at 387-5196 ext. 3.
