Barbara Jean Madison, 65, Wisdom Dock Rd., Albany, passed away Friday, August 1 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Gerald Madison and a member of Five Springs United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Pickett and a brother, Jackie Lowe.

She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and John Wray; Sherry and Bruce Stearns; Kerry and Frankie Ayers; Amanda and Terry Madison; two sons and daughter-in-law, Marty and Shannon Madison and Dustin Madison, all of Albany; a sister, Nancy Rutledge, TX; two brothers, Tommy Lowe, TX and John Lowe, Hoopeston, IL; also 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Thrasher and Chaplain Keith McKim officiating. Final resting place in Five Springs Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
