Dannie R. Byers, 77, Holland, Kentucky and a native of Albany, passed away July 25, 2014 at his residence. He was the son of the late Stephen “Babe” and Essie Davis Byers and was also preceded in death by six brothers and six sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Netta Spears Byers, Holland, KY; a daughter, Diana (Jim) Milliken, Nolensville, TN; a sister, Sue Byers Duvall, Jamestown, KY; and a brother, Otis (Marilyn) Byers, Glasgow, Kentucky.

At his request, no visitation or funeral was held.
