Clinton Grand Jury indicts four last week

The Clinton County Grand Jury convened last Thursday, August 14 and handed down five indictments naming four individuals. The following true bills will returned:

* William Cook, aka Preston Cook, the alleged offenses of trafficking in marijuana and cultivation of marijuana, when on or about July 10 and 14, defendant trafficked marijuana over eight ounces and cultivated more than five plants.

* David Harding, the alleged offense of flagrant non-support, when on or about September 1, 2010 through August 14, 2014, defendant failed to provide support for his minor child or children, said failure having resulted in an arrearage of $11,964 as of August 14.

* Marcus M. Booher, the alleged offense of persistent felony offender, second degree and assault, third degree, when on or about June 21, defendant committed the offenses after having been stood convicted of a prior felony offense within the last five years.

* Jonathan A. Stuber, the alleged offense of flagrant non-support, when on or about September 19, 2008 through August 14, 2014, defendant failed to provide support for his minor child or children, said failure resulting in an arrearage of $17,400 as of August 14.
