Mr. and Mrs. Stevie and Anna Ruth Norris Byers are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Stacy Byers, to Robert Matthew Smith. Matt is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Katrina Smith, all of Albany. The wedding will take place at Clear Fork Baptist Church on Saturday, August 23 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
