Rylan and Brylee Speck would like to announce the birth of their baby sister, Kylee Paige Speck. Kylee Paige was born Thursday, July 24th 2014 at 2:58 pm at Cookeville Regional Hospital. Kylee Paige weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 19 inches in length. Proud parents are Bennett and April Speck.
